Cracking day. Finished up in the Midlands early and again got home before darkness.
Had to drop something down at the swimming pool and then headed off into the distance. I decided to head along through the avenues to Roundwood and then along to Kinsbourne Green. I kept going and then turned back when I reached Luton Hoo.
On the way back to Harpenden the dreaded stomach cramps hit. Disaster! With no option, well apart from somebody's garden, I had to push on to town.
Before heading home I did a loop through the Rothamstead Experimental Station and the park. Back home via Stewart Road and Ox Lane brought the mileage over 10. Nice and no reaction in the legs. 10.4miles in 1hr 33mins. Steady.
